Using the Detector Manager Widget

The Detector Manager Widget allows the Site Administrator the ability to edit the Device's "Detector" descriptions or characteristics. The Detector descriptions include information from the detection device, which is collected by the DCMS system. The Site Administrator can also add or change information about the Detector. The Detector descriptions are used as a helpful reference while the User is utilizing other Widgets.

To Edit a Widget

To edit or change the contents of a Widget, use the appropriate Text Boxes to add information. The white Text Boxes are "optional" text fields, which do not need to be filled in. The yellow Text Boxes are "required" text fields, which the system needs for other application uses. The gray Text Boxes are filled in by the DCMS system, and cannot be changed.
